hello Grant..I have been reading your updates, and I am hell impressed. Well i look forward to more stories when the blog monster gives up rendering you to a state of blackness between you and us. Maybe we should start calling you grantmarkable or granttacular. well done
The french connection: Hi grant, what a fantastic effort so far mate.I wish I would be doing a little less existing and a lot more living these days!!!! but that's how it is for now but the Pyrenees are beckoning...Sorry I haven't been on the blog so far I've been a little busy with my daughter Bronte and her boyfriend visiting from England ect ect. The blog I see is working very well and today I had a chance to catch up on all the comments from day one, really enjoyed that, some good stories and chance encounters which I'm sure would have cheered you up no end. I'll be following on a day to day basis to see how you're holding up. I hope you have the wind on your back and that the weather is not too bad considering where you are at the moment. Mate keep it mind that even when it will prove to be almost unbearable it beats the hell out of looking out the window.........
At least you are not a Dees supporter, Grant. Coll told me her students are loving the blog, too. Our weather is starting to turn cooler, have you plenty of warm weather gear? The sender unit when looked at with "satellite" is the best view...it's great.
Don't worry Mick we are all suffering from blog withdrawal and when the tracker was not on life came to a complete standstill....thank god there are people (Grant) out there who are prepared to do exciting things so that we can all enjoy life..thanks Grant...
To all the guys who have commented on this SORRY NO BLOG TONIGHT,thanks i love people with empathy. Dont panic i will be back with more bloggies when i get a chance and it will start back from day seven ,i hope
Hey Grant, just looked at the forecast down your way for the next couple of days - looks like ideal cycling weather so get on yer bike and make hay while it's good(says he who's never ridden more than 10 Kms in the last 10 years). You make two-wheel travel sound so interesting I might even want to take up cycling myself - I'm getting an attack of the guilts "following" you while I'm sitting my sofa.
The french connection: Hi grant, I,m trying again for the fourth time as this stupid google account worked well yesterday but not today????????????Anyway I have now created a new account and this time hopefully it will work! I hope for your sake that you have the wind on your back and that you are making good progress. The blog is very good and kind of addictive...Yesterday I did 20km on my old rickety Malvern Star and that brought home very convincingly what 100km/day for five continuous months would be!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work
